​In addition to the practice, Mr. Klamm serves as Chairman and Chief Financial Officer for Walnut Creek Youth Athletic Association, a non-profit organization promoting youth sports.

Mr. Klamm specializes in preparing wills and revocable living trusts, probating estates and advising trustees on the administration of trusts. Mr. Klamm provides advice and expertise on the implementation of a wide variety of tax sensitive strategies including: formation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies; establishment of trusts for children and irrevocable trusts of all types.  He also advises clients regarding guardianships, conservatorships and financial elder abuse.

Prior to founding his estate-planning practice in 1986, Mr. Klamm supervised tax professionals in the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand in San Francisco, California.

Steven F. Klamm is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialists as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Less than 1% of all attorneys practicing in Contra Costa County are certified in this specialty.
